Texas Mockingbird in Flight

This window depicts a Texas mockingbird in flight. The photos show it with both light coming through it and reflected light. Although the background pieces are all either clear or gold in some of the photos the iridized clear pieces look like they are blue, green, yellow, and pink. In person that effect is much more subtle than displayed here. There are various glass jewels and shaped glass leaves in the surrounding vine. This piece measures 20" wide by 28" in height and is framed in cedar.

Remember The Alamo!

This window measures 24" wide and 36" tall. It includes many of our most well known Texas symbols. There is the Alamo, the yellow rose of Texas, the Texas star surrounded by the colors of the Texas flag, and our wonderful bluebonnets. The sky area looks blue but is really iridized clear. It is being held up against the blue sky for the photographs.
